Only two ministers proposed for the Muresan Cabinet received a favorable opinion from the joint parliamentary committees on Monday.

Hearings were held on Monday for Sebastian Burduja (proposed Minister of Energy), Tanczos Barna (proposed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development), Radu Miruta (proposed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence), Catalin Drula (proposed Minister of Transport and Infrastructure), Alexandru Nazare (proposed Minister of Finance), and Irineu Darau (proposed Minister of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism).

Of these, only Tanczos Barna and Alexandru Nazare received favorable opinions. On Tuesday, the second day of hearings, the following nominees will appear before the parliamentary committees:

* Mircea Abrudean - nominated for Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs

* Dragos Pislaru - nominated for Minister of Investments and European Projects

* Raluca Turcan - nominated for Minister of Labor, Family, Youth, and Social Solidarity

* Oana Gheorghiu - nominated for Minister of Health

* Oana Toiu - nominated for Minister of Foreign Affairs

* Andrea Chis - nominated for Minister of Justice

* Bulcsu Koppany Otvos - nominated for Minister of Culture

* Mihai Dimian - nominated for Minister of Education and Research

* Cseke Attila - nominated for Minister of Development, Public Works, and Administration

* Diana Buzoianu - nominated for Minister of Environment, Waters, and Forestry
