Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan welcomed Moldovan Prime Minister Vasile Tofan at the Victoria Palace on Thursday, in the context of his official visit to Bucharest.

The official welcoming ceremony with military honours at the Government headquarters will be followed by a one-to-one meeting between the two senior officials and plenary talks between the two delegations.

According to the Government's agenda, interim Prime Minister Bolojan and his Moldovan counterpart will also make joint press statements.

The visit is Prime Minister Vasile Tofan's first official trip to Romania since taking office. His Government was approved by the Moldovan Parliament on 21 July. AGERPRES (RO - writing by: Daniel Florea; EN - writing by: Rodica State)
