The opening of the exhibition 'I Feel You and Everything Is New,' an installation that responds to voice and gaze, will take place on Saturday at the Constantin Brancusi National Museum in Targu Jiu, as part of a project initiated by artist Saint Machine, which brings sculpture and technology into dialogue with the thinking of Constantin Brancusi.

According to a press release from the Constantin Brancusi National Museum in Targu Jiu, the opening will take place at 18:00, while the exhibition will be open to the public from 3 October to 10 November, between 10:00 and 20:00, with free admission.

'The visitor says 'I Feel You and Everything Is New,' and the digital forms begin to recompose themselves and seek out the visitor's gaze. Eye contact temporarily keeps them coherent; when the gaze is withdrawn, the forms fragment again. This is the encounter proposed by the interactive media installation presented by the Constantin Brancusi National Museum and Tumult Space. Presented as part of the celebrations marking 150 years since the birth of Constantin Brancusi, the exhibition starts with a question: what can his thinking about form continue to produce today? In Targu Jiu, the installation enters into dialogue with Brancusi's thinking about the relationship between matter and form. The research explores how a form emerges, maintains its coherence and transforms. The cultural influences that artists carry within their own practices become part of the organism's formative memory, while Brancusi's legacy becomes a starting point for the team's interpretation and experimentation,' the press release reads.

The exhibition opens a series of presentations, laboratories and public meetings that will continue this autumn in Bucharest, Brasov and Vienna. AGERPRES (RO - writing by: Oana Popescu; EN - writing by: Adina Panaitescu)
