The Romanian Air Force are conducting the 'Burebista 26' exercise across the entire national territory from September 14 to 25.

The exercise is complex in nature and follows a fictional scenario involving all command-and-control and operational units of the Romanian Air Force, with support from the Land Forces and Special Operations Forces, the Air Force Staff announced on its Facebook page on Friday.

According to the cited source, the aim of the exercise is to train Romanian Air Force units in an integrated and joint-service context for the planning and execution of combat actions within an air operation.
