Military aircraft of the Romanian Air Force will fly, on Sunday, at 10:00 a.m., over the Monument of the Air Heroes in Aviatorilor Square, to celebrate Romanian Aviation and Air Force Day, during a military and religious ceremony in memory of the aviator heroes.

Aircraft such as F-16 Fighting Falcon, C-130 Hercules, C-27J Spartan, AN-30, IAR-330, as well as EC-135 SMURD helicopters, S-70M BlackHawk and a Bombardier Learjet 75 aircraft belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, SA-365 Dauphin helicopters of the Romanian Intelligence Service, Extra 300 aircraft belonging to the Romanian Aeroclub, as well as Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft of the Italian Air Force and the British Royal Air Force, will fly, the Romanian Air Force announced.

On the same occasion, on Saturday, between 10:00hrs and 18:00hrs, the Romanian Air Force will present its educational offer, at the Palace of the National Military Hall in Bucharest.

Training flights of military aircraft take place from July 16 to 18, starting at 10:00hrs.
